What information will we hold?
If you book to attend an ISC Digital Strategy event, you will be asked to provide the following details:
- Name, Job Title, Organisation / School, Email address
- Organisation address, Telephone number and contact email
- The name and email for the person who has made the booking (if different from the delegate(s))
Payments for the conference will be managed by Eventbrite. No card details will be held by Berkhamsted School.
Where is the data held?
This data will be held by Berkhamsted School for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding the ISC Digital Strategy event you have booked to attend. Your data will not be provided to third parties or to the wider Berkhamsted School Community.
Your contact details and payment details will be held by Eventbrite for the duration of the booking period of the conference.
How will we use your details?
We will contact delegates with updates on the event you have booked to attend, such as:
1) Confirmation of booking
2) Pre-event joining instructions
3) Event invoice, if this was requested at the time of booking
4) Any updates or changes to the agenda
5) Post event feedback survey
If the event includes sponsors or exhibitors, you will be asked at the time of booking if you are happy for your name, job title and organisation / school to be provided to the exhibitors in a paper format, on the day of the event. We will not provide contact details to the exhibitors or sponsors.
If you have booked to attend an event but have not previously given consent to receive news and updates, you will be asked to give your permission on the event booking form.
